1. Handcrafted Nature of Products
At Xenthorix, we celebrate traditional artistry. Because our Punjabi juttis and shoes are 100% handcrafted by artisans:
Unique Variations: Minor variations in embroidery, beadwork, color shade, and fabric texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted products. These are not considered manufacturing defects.
Embellishments: Delicate materials such as tilla thread, mirrors, sequins, and beads must be handled with care. Xenthorix is not liable for wear-and-tear or embellishment displacement caused by rough use or improper storage.
2. Sizing, Fit, and the "First Wear"
Traditional Punjabi juttis have unique characteristics that differ from western footwear:
No Left/Right Foot: Traditionally, Xenthorix juttis do not have a designated left or right foot. They mold to the shape of your feet as you wear them.
Sizing Guide: Customers are strongly advised to refer to our official Size Guide before placing an order. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. Xenthorix is not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer, though we do offer exchanges under our Exchange Policy (see Section 6).
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity).
Pricing: All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees or customs duties/taxes unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments via authorized payment gateways (credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets). Your payment details are encrypted and secured.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Since some of our premium designs are made-to-order, please allow business days for order processing before shipment.
Delivery Timelines: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs clearances. Xenthorix is not liable for third-party shipping delays.
International Shipping: For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Care and Maintenance Instructions
To prolong the life of your Xenthorix footwear, please adhere to our care guidelines:
Pro-Tip for Longevity: Always store your juttis in the dust bags provided. Avoid exposing them to moisture, rain, or direct heat. If they get wet, air-dry them in the shade before storing. Do not dry-clean or machine wash.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We want you to love your walk! If your pair doesn't fit perfectly:
Exchange Window: We offer size exchanges within 7 or 14] days of delivery, provided the shoes are completely unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Try-on Policy: Please try on your juttis on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the leather soles. Soles with scratches, dirt, or visible wear will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping: Unless the exchange is due to a rare manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom/Sale Items: Custom-made juttis and items purchased during clearance sales are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including but not limited to brand names, logos, original shoe designs, product photographs, copywriting, and graphics—is the exclusive property of Xenthorix. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution of our designs or website assets is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Xenthorix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the wear of our products.
9. Governing Law
